This is a PSA 1 Flygon card from the 2004 EX Dragon (Fountains) series.
At the time of grading, there was only one copy in the world, making it an extremely rare graded card.
The PSA 1 population rate is also extremely low at around 1%, making it even harder to obtain.
This is a one-owner item that I personally submitted for grading.
It was recently returned from PSA, so the case is also in excellent condition.
